Draft — not reviewed by counsel. This document is a working draft written alongside the product. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and the operating entity is not yet named. Do not rely on it as a binding agreement.

01The short version

There is no account, so there is no profile. We do not ask for your name, email or identity documents, and we never have possession of your funds. What we do have is ordinary web-server information and whatever your browser sends when it loads a page.

“Everychain” is operated by Everychain Network Corp, Panama.

02What we collect

  • Request logs. IP address, user agent, requested page and timestamp — standard server logs, used to operate the site, debug failures and understand rough usage geography.
  • Quote parameters. The token pair, chains and amount you ask about, because we have to send them to the pricing API to answer you.
  • Wallet address, when you connect one. Needed to build a transaction. We do not link it to a name, because we do not have one.

03What we do not collect

  • Names, emails, phone numbers or identity documents.
  • Private keys or seed phrases. We will never ask for them, and any page that does is not us.
  • Your funds. There is no deposit address and no balance held on our side.

04Who else sees your request

Answering a quote means talking to other parties, and they see what they need to answer:

  • The SODAX API receives token addresses, chains and amounts.
  • Public blockchains receive your transaction. On-chain activity is permanent and public by design — that is not something this or any site can undo.
  • An icon CDN serves token and chain logos, and therefore sees your IP as any image host would.

A blockchain address is pseudonymous, not anonymous. Anyone can inspect its history, and a third party who learns your address by other means can connect it to that history.

05Analytics

No analytics or advertising tracker is installed at the time of writing. If one is added, it will be named here before it ships, along with what it collects.

06Storage in your browser

We use browser storage only for conveniences that belong to you — such as a remembered token pair or display preference. It stays on your device, is not sent to us, and is not used to identify you.

07Retention

Request logs are kept only as long as they are useful for operating and securing the site. A specific retention period will be stated here once set.

08Your rights and how to reach us

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access or delete personal data held about you. Because we hold no account data, in most cases there is little to act on beyond server logs.

A contact channel for privacy requests is not published yet and will be added here.
