Terms of use

Draft — not reviewed by counsel. This document is a working draft written alongside the product. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and the operating entity is not yet named. Do not rely on it as a binding agreement.

01What this service is

“Everychain” is operated by Everychain Network Corp, Panama.

Everychain is a web interface that finds and displays routes for swapping crypto assets, and helps you submit a transaction from your own wallet. It is a tool for building and broadcasting transactions. It is not a broker, an exchange, a custodian, or a money transmitter, and it does not take possession of your assets at any point.

02You keep custody, and therefore responsibility

Transactions are signed by your wallet and executed by public blockchains and independent third-party protocols. We cannot pause, reverse, refund or recover a transaction once you sign it. Nobody can.

You are responsible for the addresses you enter, the amounts you confirm, the network you select and the security of your own wallet and keys. Sending assets to a wrong or unsupported address generally destroys them permanently.

03Quotes are estimates until they settle

Rates shown are indicative and move continuously. The amount you finally receive depends on market conditions, liquidity and network state at the moment of settlement, and may differ from the quoted figure.

Some figures shown in comparison tables are labelled estimates rather than live quotes. Those labels are accurate and you should read them.

04Third-party protocols and their risk

Routing and settlement depend on protocols we do not operate or control, including SODAX and the blockchains involved. Smart contracts can contain defects. Protocols can be exploited, paused or deprecated. Solvers can decline to fill an order.

We publish what is and is not audited rather than implying a blanket assurance — see the security page. This interface itself has not been audited.

05Fees

Fees are disclosed per route in the interface before you commit, as a separate line rather than folded into a rate. Our full pricing method, including where we take a fee and where we do not, is published at How we price. Network (gas) fees are paid by you to the relevant network and are not ours.

06No advice

Nothing here is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to acquire or dispose of any asset. Token information displayed on this site may come from third-party sources, may be inaccurate or out of date, and is not verified by us. Listing a token is not an endorsement of it.

07Eligibility and restricted jurisdictions

You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you. Do not use this service if doing so would breach the law where you are, or if you are subject to applicable sanctions.

We may restrict access from particular jurisdictions, with or without notice, where we believe it is necessary. Specific restricted-jurisdiction rules will be listed here once determined.

08Availability

The interface is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. It may be unavailable, incomplete or incorrect at any time, and we may change or discontinue any part of it. Quote failures and missing routes are normal operating states, not guarantees of future availability.

09Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of this interface, including losses caused by price movement, failed or stuck transactions, smart-contract defects, third-party protocol failure, or your own error.

This clause requires review by counsel and will be revised.

10Changes

These terms change as the product does. The date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be noted rather than made silently.
