Draft — not reviewed by counsel. This document is a working draft written alongside the product. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and the operating entity is not yet named. Do not rely on it as a binding agreement.

Crypto assets are volatile and transactions on public blockchains are irreversible. Using Everychain means using third-party protocols that neither you nor we control. Read this before you trade, and do not trade what you cannot afford to lose.

01Market risk

Prices move continuously. A quote is valid for the moment it is shown; the amount you receive depends on conditions at settlement and is protected only down to the minimum received you accepted. Tokenized stocks and other synthetic assets can trade at a discount or premium to the underlying and may be halted or delisted by their issuer.

02Liquidity risk

Routes depend on solver inventory and pool depth that change hour to hour. A route available at one size may be unavailable or materially worse at another, and a route available at quote time may fail at execution. Large transfers can return no route at all.

03Protocol and smart contract risk

Swaps settle on third-party contracts (SODAX, LI.FI and the bridges and exchanges it routes through, KyberSwap, Jupiter). Audits reduce but do not eliminate the risk of bugs or exploits, and an audit of a protocol says nothing about this interface. A loss caused by a third-party protocol cannot be recovered by us.

04Bridge and cross-chain risk

Cross-chain transfers involve relayers, validators or solvers on more than one network. Delays, stuck transfers and, in rare cases, loss can occur when a network halts, reorganises or a relay fails. Intent-based routes are designed to fail rather than half-complete; bridge-based routes may require manual follow-up shown in Activity.

05Wallet and address risk

You control your keys and your destination address. Funds sent to a wrong, mistyped or wrong-network address are permanently lost. Approvals grant a contract the right to move tokens; we request exact amounts, but any approval you grant elsewhere remains in force until revoked. Never share a seed phrase; nothing on this site will ask for one.

06Front-end risk

This interface constructs the transaction your wallet signs. It has not been independently audited. A compromised or imitation website could present a different transaction from the one shown; the wallet window is the authoritative view of what you are signing, and you should check the domain before connecting.

07Data risk

Prices, settlement times and route estimates are indicative and sourced from third-party APIs and oracles. They may be delayed, wrong or unavailable. Nothing displayed here is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset.

08Regulatory risk

Access to certain assets or to this interface may be restricted in your jurisdiction, and the treatment of crypto assets and tokenized securities changes. You are responsible for compliance with the laws that apply to you. See the Terms of use for eligibility.
